LSTE2025 Welcomes Avanti Sharma as MC and Panel Moderator
The Luxembourg Software Testing Event 2025 (LSTE2025) is pleased to announce that Avanti Sharma will serve as Master of Ceremonies for this year’s edition and will also moderate the event’s main panel discussion.
Avanti Sharma, recognized by Forbes Luxembourg for her work in digital literacy and youth-focused technology initiatives, is already a prominent voice in Luxembourg’s tech community.
Avanti Sharma: Young Leader in Technology and STEM Advocacy
At just 18, Avanti Sharma is recognized for her work in technology, digital education, and STEM advocacy. She is Director of Artificial Intelligence & Growth at Workshop4Me, an organisation dedicated to teaching children how to code and develop STEM skills. She joined Workshop4Me in 2017 as a Pre‑teen Technology Specialist and became Head of Business Development in 2023.
Avanti has been actively involved in initiatives to promote coding and digital literacy among young people, particularly girls, with the goal of bridging the gender gap in education. She is also a Brand Ambassador at WeSTEM+, supporting women in technology. Her work has been featured in Forbes Luxembourg, highlighting her projects and achievements.
Among her initiatives are R-U-Sure, a browser extension designed to help teens understand online risks and make safer decisions online, and Studified, a student identity verification tool for social media that reduces impersonation and increases online safety. She also co-launched Codeutainment™ in 2019, a concept presenting coding, science, and mathematics in an engaging cinema-like experience for young learners. Alongside her brother Leo, she co-founded Lëtz Make SDGs Happen, a global youth initiative focused on promoting the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Avanti Sharma at LSTE2025
Avanti has previously served as Master of Ceremony at several high-profile events in Luxembourg. She co-hosted the opening and closing ceremonies of Nexus Luxembourg 2025, where she invited HRH The Crown Prince, Luxembourg ministers, and other dignitaries to the stage. During the event, she conducted fireside chats with Prime Minister Xavier Bettel and leaders from MistralAI, Pony.ai, and TerraMatters.
She has also been MC at TN’Teens 2025, Deloitte’s MOMENTUM 2025 sustainability conference, the House of Startups Garden Party 2024, and numerous other technology, education, and women-in-tech events across Luxembourg, consistently bringing professionalism and youthful energy to the stage.
At LSTE2025, Avanti will guide participants through the programme and support transitions between sessions, while moderating the main panel discussion on how AI is influencing software testing, automation, and quality engineering practices.
Supporting the Next Generation
Avanti will be supported on stage by Atreyam (Leo) Sharma, Co-Founder and Vice President (Technology) at Workshop4Me. With extensive experience in youth technology education and innovative learning approaches, Leo complements Avanti’s role and together they will foster meaningful discussions and engagement throughout the event.
Their involvement reflects LSTE2025’s goal of connecting Luxembourg’s digital ecosystem, bringing together established professionals and younger voices engaged in technology and education.
The event will take place on 27 November 2025 in Luxembourg City, featuring talks, demonstrations, and panels designed to inspire collaboration and innovation across the software testing and quality engineering industry.
